The bio-printing printer group's goal is to construct a prototype bio-printer and carry out test printing either with bio-ink (cell suspensions) or ECM materials (maybe both if all goes well.
The bio-printer Bio group's goal is to learn how C2C12 cells respond to various geometries and composition of ECM.
The C2C12 qPCR group has the goal of finishing up the titin/myosin/galectin expression studies. in preparation of a paper and does some fill in proteomic work with C2C12.
The C2C12 transfection group's goal is to isolate stable pAuGFP-gfp/249-250 clones and fully characterize the plasmids.
