Bioprinter- Printer construction group.

I have just ordered some things and will let you know when stuff starts arising. Does every one ohave a set of design plans for the printer, dimensions of components , drawings etc.?.

Bioprinter Biology group

I meet with you today and I hope you all have a clear idea of the goals for next week. Good luck

Celvida collaboration, again.

Folks I am interested in setting up a collaboration with a friend of mine that I did some work with a couple of years ago using human stem cells derived from bone marrow. It is a little to soon to start using them in the bio-printing project but may start studying them and comparing them to the C2C12 myogenic stem cells we have been using.

What we are up to this Spring.

The bio-printing printer group's goal is to construct a prototype bio-printer and carry out test printing either with bio-ink (cell suspensions) or ECM materials (maybe both if all goes well.

The bio-printer Bio group's goal is to  learn how C2C12 cells respond to various geometries and composition of ECM.

The C2C12 qPCR group has the goal of finishing up the titin/myosin/galectin expression studies. in preparation of a paper and does some fill in proteomic work with C2C12.

The C2C12 transfection group's goal is to isolate stable pAuGFP-gfp/249-250 clones and fully characterize the plasmids.
